"Project Phoenix", a secretive governmental organization, has descended upon College Park. As more and more of his friends get captured, Dylan struggles to find his place in the ever-changing social landscape around him. His search for meaning extends both inwards and outwards as the restless Agents of Project Phoenix track him down. There's something in him that only the Agents can see, and they aren't willing to wait any longer to learn what makes Dylan 'tick'.
